Terms
The deal, in plain terms.
These cover the isbusy sign and the dashboard that drives it. They are short enough that you will actually read them.

Your account
Give a real e-mail address — it is how we confirm the account and how you reset the password. Keep the password to yourself. If you think somebody else has it, reset it and write to contact@isbusy.co.
Keeping it running
We develop isbusy and we keep it up ourselves. Maintenance means the occasional short outage; we tell you beforehand whenever we can.
It depends on Google’s calendar API. If that changes or your grant expires, the sign stops following the calendar — and when a calendar cannot be read, the sign goes dark rather than holding a colour that is no longer true.
A sign is information, not proof
The colour is only as right as the calendar behind it. Do not use it for access control, safety, or anything where being wrong for a minute matters.
Signs and orders
Hardware is sold by agreement over e-mail; prices on this site exclude VAT and the quote is what binds. If you buy as a consumer, your rights under consumer law stand whatever it says here.
What not to do
Do not connect a calendar you have no right to connect, do not try to reach other people’s devices or accounts, and do not hammer the service.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for a meeting you missed, a room somebody took, or work lost because a sign showed the wrong colour.
Ending it
Stop whenever you like — write to contact@isbusy.co and we will close the account. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.
Law and changes
Turkish law applies. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and anything material comes to you by e-mail.
